The Student Police Cadet Project is a globally recognized movement jointly implemented by the Department of Education and the Police Department. SPC held on August 6 . As part of State Quiz Fest, Kannur Rural District Level Quiz Fest inaugurated Anthoor Municipality Chairman Mr. P Mukundan. Kannur Rural District Police Chief Mr. PB Rajeev IPS was the Chief Guest. 135 SPC students from schools in Kannur rural district participated in the competition. The top 6 teams made it to the finals. Malur Govt: Higher Secondary School won first position and qualified to participate in state level competition. Cherupuzha St Mary's High School bagged the second position and Chuzhali Govt: Higher Secondary School bagged the third position.
